APT guarantees the highest quality in fluoropolymer tubings - from certified quality management and state-of-the-art testing procedures to precise material and process control.
At APT, quality comes first. Our quality management is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and reports directly to the management to ensure maximum transparency and quick decisions. Thanks to state-of-the-art testing technologies and comprehensive process controls, we achieve a very low complaint rate and ensure tolerance, dimensional accuracy, centricity and process stability in all production steps.
Our products benefit from highly developed laser marking technology, 100% inline X-ray inspections for inner and outer diameters and wall thickness and extensive raw material tests (MFR/MVR) including proof of resistance to heat ageing, chemical influences, weathering and possible processing errors. In addition, internal tests for tubings burst strength (RT to 150 °C) are carried out.
APT offers high quality and high purity products for demanding industries such as semiconductors, food and pharmaceuticals. Our team is supported by internal and external regulatory consultants to ensure that all products meet both technical and legal requirements.
State-of-the-art quality control combined with years of experience ensures that every tubing meets our high standards - for safety, reliability and optimum performance in every application.

Do you have a special application or technical challenge? APT will support you from the initial idea through to implementation and work with you to find the optimum tubing solution.
APT carries out comprehensive melt flow rate (MFR) and melt volume rate (MVR) tests to precisely determine the flow behavior of the fluoropolymer raw materials and the manufactured tubings. These parameters are crucial for the process stability, dimensional accuracy and reproducibility of the products.
All raw materials and finished products are systematically checked for thermal decomposition, chemical influences and process-related defects. This allows us to detect possible quality deviations at an early stage before they reach production or delivery. The tests ensure consistently high product quality and guarantee compliance with the strict requirements of our customers, particularly in the semiconductor, food and pharmaceutical sectors.

APT uses state-of-the-art inline X-ray technology to precisely monitor the inner and outer diameters and wall thicknesses of the tubings. This 100 % inspection enables early detection of deviations and guarantees consistently high product quality.
Tolerances and dimensional accuracy
Careful production and continuous measurements ensure that all products meet tight tolerance specifications. This guarantees a perfect fit and high reproducibility - crucial for reliable use in demanding applications.
Centricity
The centered geometry of the tubings is consistently monitored to ensure uniform wall thickness and optimum functionality. This reduces mechanical stresses and increases the service life of the products.
Process stability
State-of-the-art machine control and continuous process monitoring ensure production stability. Every batch thus meets the high quality requirements, from the raw material input to the finished tubing.
Since March 2021, APT has had a universal test bench that was specially developed for testing pressurized fluoropolymer tubings. The system enables pressure, leak and functional tests with pressures of up to 4,000 bar (58,000 psi) and temperatures from room temperature to 150 °C.
The test tubings are tested using water as the medium, with the option of flushing with nitrogen or other media to prepare and clean the lines.
These in-house testing options ensure maximum safety, functionality and durability of the fluoropolymer tubings produced and support compliance with the highest quality standards for demanding industrial applications.

The continuous marking of products and components has become increasingly important in recent years. While tubings made of engineering plastics such as PE or PA are usually labeled, this is often not done when fluoropolymers are used, as the usual printing processes simply do not hold on fluoroplastics. A new laser marking technology now enables marking in impressively high quality. In addition to text, logos and safety markings can also be printed in razor-sharp detail.
