Antistatic/electrically conductive tubing - Safe and reliable
Antistatic tubes from APT prevent electrostatic charges and at the same time offer high chemical resistance and flexibility.
Conductive tubing solutions for safe industrial processes
APT manufactures electrically conductive tubes starting from a minimum inner diameter of 0.10 mm (PFA Antistatic) or 0.30 mm (PTFE Antistatic) up to a maximum outer diameter of 110 mm (PFA Antistatic) or 20 mm (PTFE Antistatic). Within this range, we can produce almost all possible customer-specific dimensions.
Depending on the customer's requirements, they are made up in defined ring lengths, wound onto spools or cut into lengths.
Antistatic fluoropolymer tubes are used to dissipate any static charges. We manufacture antistatic tubes either from PFA or PTFE. In the case of PTFE, APT offers FDA-compliant antistatic tubes. Antistatic tubes are always black due to the amount of conductive carbon black required. As an alternative to completely black-coloured products, we can also equip our tubes with a conductive or antistatic strip so that liquids inside the tubes can still be visually identified. Completely antistatic tubes or tubes with antistatic strips can be manufactured in many diameters. We will be happy to provide you with a quote on request at any time.
