We have once again made it into the WirtschaftsWoche ranking “World Market Leader Champions 2025”!

Every year, the so-called “World Market Leader Index”, which lists all world market leaders from German-speaking countries, is compiled under the scientific direction of the University of Sankt Gallen using freely available company data. Once again, the Masterflex Group is one of these “World Market Leader Champions”. The entire list of world market leaders is published every year in the business magazine “WirtschaftsWoche”. 

Science journalist and TOP 100 mentor Ranga Yogeshwar (center) congratulated the Masterflex Group on being awarded the TOP 100 seal. The award ceremony has now taken place in Weimar for all SMEs that received the TOP 100 seal at the beginning of the year. Plant manager Robin Huth (left) and project engineer Sascha Kohlstadt accepted the award on behalf of the Masterflex Group at the "German SME Summit". The Masterflex Group is among the top innovators for the fourth time.

Innovation processes are an integral part of our company philosophy - we have now been recognized as one of the most innovative SMEs in Germany in the TOP 100 innovation competition - for the 4th time.

According to the jury, companies like the Masterflex Group are "setting standards right now, inspiring others and significantly influencing the development of their industry." 

In an exclusive special edition on the award-winning global market leaders of WirtschaftsWoche, Masterflex is presented as the case study of the week.

With its future strategy Hero@Zero, Masterflex is transforming its business model towards a circular economy by 2035: in future, hose and connection systems are to be designed and manufactured in such a way that they can be recycled.

With its listing in the World Market Leader Index, the Masterflex Group is once again one of the world market leader champions. In a special edition, WirtschaftsWoche presented the success stories of these "500 secret world market leaders 2022".

APT has been certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 for another three years. The certificate was issued by the ICG (International Certification Group) at the beginning of November and is continuously monitored on a regular basis.

APT, the specialist for the extrusion of fluoropolymers, now also offers corrugated tubing made of PTFE, FEP or PFA. Thanks to its own corrugated hose plant and toolmaking department, the company can react quickly and flexibly to individual customer requirements in terms of geometry, colour or raw materials.

Since the beginning of 2017, APT has been sailing under the flag of the Masterflex Group. And it has been on a successful course: "The revenue generated to date fully meets our expectations, and is even slightly above target," says Dr. Andreas Bastin, CEO of the Masterflex Group. The first joint sales projects, particularly in the Medical Technology business unit, have been launched and have a good chance of culminating in major orders.

The fluoropolymer specialist APT Advanced Polymer Tubing GmbH from Neuss becomes part of the Masterflex Group. APT has outstanding know-how in the field of high-tech plastics such as PTFE and other fully and partially fluorinated polymers. The material and application know-how that APT brings to the table will strategically round out the Masterflex Group's product portfolio.
